"Great first impression from the packaging"
My first impression when the order from MYKITCO. arrived was a good one. The box looked sturdy, wasn’t dented or beaten up, and everything inside was packed neatly with proper protection.
Nothing was leaking, loose, or rattling around, which is the main thing I look for. It was also easy to open without loads of unnecessary tape everywhere. Based on how it turned up, I’d be happy to order again.

"Still works, but getting it set up was a hassle"
I've had this for months now and it still works like new, so no complaints there. I just wish it hadn't taken so much effort to get everything sorted in the beginning.

"Actually decent, shockingly enough"
Ordered from mykitco.uk the quality was better than I expected. It feels solid and not like it’s going to fall apart after five minutes, which is always a nice surprise these days. Delivery took a little while, because apparently patience is still a thing, but it wasn’t a huge deal. I’d give it 4 stars overall, good stuff, just a tiny bit of room to improve.

I bought this from mykitco.uk and, yeah, it’s an okay brush overall. The bristles do feel really nice on the skin, but they’re just a bit too soft for what I personally like. It doesn’t pick up product quite how I expected, which is a little disappointing, but it’s still usable

I picked up a few brushes from mykitco.uk and, like I said, they’ve been really nice to use for my base and eyes. My makeup went on smoothly and blended way better than it did with my old brushes, especially around my concealer. One of them shed a tiny bit when I washed it the first time, but it’s been fine since. Delivery was decent too. Like I said, really happy overall and I’d definitely buy again.

The service was okay overall, but it took a while to hear back from them. I get that people get busy, but when you’re dealing with customers, it feels like the right thing to do is keep them updated. Not terrible, just a bit frustrating.

"I popped in hoping to grab..."
I popped in hoping to grab a few things I needed, but once again some of them were out of stock. I did manage to get a few basics, so it wasn’t a total waste of a trip, but it’s getting a bit frustrating when this keeps happening. I’d really like to see the stock levels be more reliable, or at least some acknowledgement or apology when regular items aren’t available.

The prices seemed fair overall, so I can’t really complain much. I do kind of wish the delivery fee had been lower though, if there’s one thing I regret, it’s not checking that part more closely before ordering.

I returned my kit and, yeah, the refund did come through in the end, but it took a bit longer than I was expecting. Customer service did get back to me, which was good, but they weren’t super quick about it. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just could’ve been a bit smoother.

"Nice brushes, though not perfect at first"
I ordered a few brushes from mykitco.uk and, they’re good overall. They feel nice to use and they do what I need them to do. I was a bit disappointed that one of them shed a few bristles when I washed it for the first time, not a huge amount, but enough that I noticed and wasn’t thrilled. That said, after using it a couple more times it seems to have settled down, so I can’t complain too much. Delivery was fine as well. I’d probably buy from them again, even if I do wish the bristles had stayed put from the beginning.

I wanted to like it, but the design just feels messy and kind of stuck in the past. It’s hard to tell what they were going for. Also, some of the policies seem to have these weird loopholes where things technically pass but still don’t feel right from a customer’s point of view. Overall, not a great experience...

"Worth it for what I needed"
I was happy with my order from mykitco.uk. I mainly just wanted something that would do the job without me feeling like I’d spent too much, and this worked out well for me. The price felt fair, nothing seemed ridiculously marked up, and I got what I needed without any hassle. For me, it was a simple buy and good value, so I’d probably use them again.

I had an issue with my order and, to be fair, they did fix it in the end. But I had to follow up a few times before anything really moved along, which was frustrating. Not a terrible experience overall, just more hassle than I expected...

"Really like these brushes"
I got a set of brushes from mykitco they’ve been really good so far. They feel nice to use and don’t seem flimsy or cheap.
They pick up product really well and they haven’t gone scratchy after washing, which I’m happy about. The eye brushes are probably my favourite because blending feels quicker and I’m not getting those patchy bits I used to get with cheaper brushes.

One of the tiny brushes had a loose hair when I first used it, but I haven’t noticed anything since. Overall, I’m really happy with them and would definitely buy again
